This year I baked my first three tiered cake… for my own wedding. It was a bold undertaking, but I don’t like to half ass anything.
I used my favorite chocolate sponge recipe, both chocolate and vanilla butter cream, and espresso mousse. It was absolutely delicious and certainly the best of the THREE desserts.
